Login FAQ's

How do I login?
Enter your Member Number as your User Name, and Password on the Login page.

Where do I find my Member Number?
Your Member Number is located above your name on the mail label of your Alumnae Association Newsletter, Keynotes, and on The Key. It is a combination of your chapter number and your roll number (ie: 123-4567). NOTE: You MUST include the dash " - ", and must not include any preceding zeros.

How do I get my Member Number if I don’t have the Keynotes or The Key?
Click here to go to the Kappa fraternity headquarters "Member Number/Password Help" page. You may also email fraternity headquarters at kkghq@kkg.org or call toll free 1-866-KKG-1870 and request your member number.

I know my Member Number now what do I do?
1.  Try to login with your password (see below)
2.  If unsuccessful, complete a New Member Registration Form. The Membership Chair will contact you with registration confirmation.

Where do I get my Password and do I need to change my Password?
Your initial password is the first initial of your 'legal' first name and your last name.
ex. if your name is Mary Jane Smith and you go by Jane, your password would be msmith.

Note: Passwords are case sensitive.

Inactive and New Member Instructions

I’ve just moved to Dallas and would like to join the Dallas Alumnae Association.
Try to login.  If unsuccessful, complete the New Member Registration Form, under the Join Us tab.  The Membership Chair will contact you.

I am not new to Dallas but am not an active member.
Try to login as we may already have you in our database.  If your login fails, select Inactive Member under the Join Us tab and login. If unsuccessful, complete the New Member Registration Form, under the Join Us tab.  The Membership Chair will contact you.

I have my Member Number and Password but I still can’t login.
Contact our Membership Chair via the Contacts page.

I’ve forgotten my Password.
Click here to have your Password emailed to you to the email address on file.  If your email address has changed, contact the Membership Chair via the Contacts page.

I’m still having problems logging in.
